At Offshore Greens, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund, store credit, or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility Window: To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within 30 days of the date you received it. The product must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will arrange a replacement or refund, and provide instructions on handling the damaged or defective item.
